bk23 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

To register and use bk23, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• Be acting on your own behalf as an individual, not on behalf of any third party.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your legal name and valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of bk23 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• Not hold more than one registered account on the bk23 platform at any time. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension.

Account Registration

Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a password chosen by the player. The mobile number provided becomes the player's account identifier and is used for all future login attempts, account recovery, and payment verification. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. bk23 will never ask you for your password by any means including email or live chat.

KYC Verification

bk23 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage of the player relationship, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within the time frame specified by bk23 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal amounts pending verification outcome.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your bk23 account. If you believe that your account has been compromised or that an unauthorised party has accessed your account, you must contact bk23 support immediately at [email protected]. bk23 cannot accept liability for losses incurred through unauthorised account access where the player has failed to notify bk23 promptly upon becoming aware of the breach.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount via bKash and Nagad is ৳50. Minimum thresholds for other payment methods may differ and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to the player's bk23 wallet. bKash and Nagad deposits are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time.
• bk23 only accepts deposits made from payment instruments registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will result in funds being returned and the account reviewed.
• bk23 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges. Players are responsible for checking applicable fees with their chosen payment method prior to initiating a deposit.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements associated with active bonuses. Funds that remain subject to rollover conditions cannot be withdrawn until the rollover is completed.
• bk23 may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed as quickly as operationally possible during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours (UTC+6). Processing times for bank transfers may be longer.
• bk23 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or where the transaction patterns of an account suggest potential fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering activity.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated in the promotion's own terms.
• bk23 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel any bonus already credited to an account, or void any winnings derived from a bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotions, use of automated tools, or collusion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players, sold, or exchanged for cash at face value.

RNG & Game Integrity

All slot, virtual, and non-live games on bk23 use Random Number Generator (RNG) certified engines. Outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the platform or by any player action outside the game's normal mechanics. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual games are determined by the game provider and are available in each game's information panel.

Technical Errors & Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, network disruption, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, the affected round may be deemed void and the wager returned to the player's wallet. bk23 is not liable for losses attributable to technical faults outside its control, including failures on the player's device or network. Where a technical error results in an erroneous win being credited, bk23 reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any funds incorrectly credited.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports and cricket betting markets on bk23 are subject to the specific rules for each market type as displayed within the sportsbook. Settlement of bets is based on official results as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of an event being suspended, postponed, or abandoned, bets may be voided in accordance with the applicable market rules. bk23 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where pricing errors are identified prior to settlement.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or exploit promotional mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus offers, or share winnings in violation of platform rules.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with bk23 support.
• Using the platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the bk23 platform, its servers, or any third-party systems integrated with the platform.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit limits: Players may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap to be applied to their account.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary break from the platform for a defined period. During a time-out, the player's account will be inaccessible for deposits and wagering.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling indefinitely may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed within a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Support contact: Players experiencing difficulties are encouraged to contact [email protected] at any time. All responsible gaming requests are treated with full confidentiality.

Suspension by bk23

Grounds for suspension or termination by bk23 include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse; failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame; submission of false identity documents; underage gambling; or activity that bk23 reasonably believes may be connected to money laundering or other financial crime. Where an account is closed by bk23 due to confirmed Terms violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Closure by the Player

Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary account closure, bk23 will confirm any pending withdrawals and ensure that applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been reviewed. Players requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons will be directed to the self-exclusion process as described in Section 8.

Platform Availability

bk23 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party system failures, network disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. bk23 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity attributable to platform downtime beyond its reasonable control.

Indirect Losses

bk23 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if bk23 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
